We do everything we can to ensure that your goods are safe as can be. We have a PIN access system for entry and exit of the electric operated main gate.
 
The site is accessible during daylight hours only. The facility is monitored by local security multiple times during the night and video surveillance at all times. 
 
You supply your own padlock so you are the only one with a key. We recommend a standard 40mm – 50mm high quality hardened lock as any bigger may not fit and any smaller is not as secure. 

Your goods are stored at your own risk and the storage facility holds no responsibility and or insurance for your goods stored. It is a condition of your storage agreement that you keep the goods in your storage unit insured. We suggest you contact your insurance provider to let them know your goods are in storage and they will advise you from there.

We have 2 sizes available.
3×3 meters – $145.00 per month
3×6 meters – $185.00 per month
 
The minimum storage period is one month and indefinite maximum period on a month by month basis.
 
If your account is paid up you can access your storage unit whenever you need to, subject to our access hours. Daylight savings is 7am – 7pm, standard SA time is 6am – 6pm, 7days a week 365 days a year.
 
No – Self Storage means that you pack your unit with your goods, you lock the unit with your own padlock and hold the key. Our staff do not hold the key to your storage unit.
 
If you have a fixed period then you need to let us know you have vacated once you have moved your items and swept out the unit. If you are on a month by month basis then we prefer seven (7) days notice of your intention to move out. Regardless of your term, be aware if you have not given notice before the roll over of your month you will be charged for the next month in full.
 
We work from a monthly renewable contract, so this means you will automatically be billed for the next month when your rent is due.
If you know you will be moving out simply let our team know at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date to avoid paying for more than you need.
